Key Responsibilities:

Own and implement the UK supply chain strategy, aligned with global direction and local market needs Lead all inbound and outbound operations across e-commerce, retail store replenishment, and D2C fulfilment Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse optimisation to support availability and accuracy Champion service excellence and delivery performance across all customer channels Collaborate with global, regional, and UK teams to ensure operational alignment and best practice adoption Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including warehouse and distribution leads Oversee supplier and 3PL relationships, driving commercial efficiency and compliance
