Base Pay Range

Salary: up to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Location

New Milton, Hampshire. Requires travel to Norwich.

Key Responsibilities

As the Interim Supply Chain Director, you will oversee Planning & Analysis, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Reverse Logistics. Your mission is to ensure our supply chain is efficient, responsive, and resilient, meeting evolving business demands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, enhance supplier performance, and boost customer satisfaction. This role demands strategic leadership to support both immediate performance and long‑term growth, delivering value across the entire supply chain.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Supply Chain Mastery: Procurement, inventory management, S&OP, distribution, and reverse logistics.
  • Leadership Prowess: Proven experience leading supply chain teams in both conventional and consumer‑driven environments.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Global supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Operational Excellence: Lean or agile methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Sustainability Focus: Ethical sourcing, environmental compliance, and reverse logistics.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with supply chain management tools, data analytics platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Leadership & Influence: Inspire and lead diverse teams across global locations.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Working across functions and with external partners to achieve objectives.
