The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team offers a range of advisory services, primarily in a deals environment, including financial due diligence (FDD) and tax due diligence.As a member of the FDD team, you will provide financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. There may also be opportunities to work on public company transactions, mainly on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help you balance work and life. For this role within our TAS team, we are open to considering, and adapting the role for, individuals seeking to work less than full-time. A hybrid working model will be applied, combining office, client, and remote work.Role Overview:An Associate Director manages all aspects of FDD engagements, including client management, target business analysis, team coordination, and deliverables. Responsibilities include:Overseeing the preparation of client deliverables to ensure quality and decision-making supportManaging transaction processes and advising junior team members on technical mattersInterpreting complex information, identifying issues, and applying technical knowledgeLeading presentations of conclusions and recommendations to clientsMotivating and coaching the team, providing feedback and supporting performance and wellbeingConsulting with specialists on risk management and fostering a risk-aware cultureSupporting business development and client relationship management, including at board levelCandidate Requirements:The minimum criteria include a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification deal experience.
