Review tax reports prepared by junior team members. Ensure WIP analysis and billing are up to date. Maintain files of an appropriate standard for QCR purposes. Liaise with HMRC on various issues. Assist the partner in identifying specific advisory issues, such as shareholder profit extraction/exit planning, shareholder and personal succession planning, and individual relocation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Extensive experience in personal tax services. Significant experience in developing project plans and meeting deadlines. Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and develop new initiatives and methodologies. Experience in identifying opportunities for business development within tax clients and other service lines. Proficiency with personal tax on CCH Central is advantageous.
