This role offers progression to more senior roles within our growing national Innovation Incentives team and the chance to work with an established team of R&D specialists, business stakeholders, and local leadership across our Northern offices.What You\'ll DoDevelop claim methodologies, and prepare R&D tax relief claims for submission to HMRC for Forvis Mazars clients.Act as the main point of contact for all client R&D tax queries and liaise with HMRC on the client\'s behalf.Write technical descriptions of client projects and prepare documentation to support R&D claims based on UK BIS guidelines.Coach and review the work completed by junior staff within your team.Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of UK R&D tax and the preparation of R&D claims.What You\'ll BringStrong technical knowledge of UK R&D Tax and the preparation of R&D claims.ATT (or equivalent) qualification.Broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience.Experience managing financials on clients, delivering on budgets and negotiating fees with clients.Experience identifying opportunities for business development on tax clients (and ideally across other service lines).What We OfferForvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network delivering quality across audit, tax, advisory and consulting.
