Job Description

You will join as a Tax Director at their Taunton offices, overseeing compliance and taking a lead role in delivering complex tax planning and advisory services across personal, corporate, or mixed tax matters, tailored to your expertise and career background. A significant aspect of your role involves mentoring, leading, and expanding the team, working closely with the firm's leadership to drive growth. Opportunities for career advancement are available.

The Successful Applicant

You will be operating at or near Tax Director level and possess qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, STEP, or similar, with a focus on tax. Your experience should include specialization in corporate, personal, or mixed tax, with a history of delivering compliance and advisory services. Ideally, your background includes experience within Top Tier, Mid-Tier/Top 50, or medium to small independent accountancy practices. You are seeking a challenging new role with clear career progression within a leading firm.

What's on Offer
