This is a career-defining role for an experienced Tax professional ready to step into a Director position with a highly respected and ambitious firm. You’ll be shaping the future of the tax team, leading high-value advisory projects, and working closely with Partners on strategy and growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead a team of Managers and Senior Managers, driving performance and development
• Deliver complex corporate & personal tax advisory solutions to key clients
• Manage and grow a high-value portfolio across multiple sectors
• Play a central role in business development, networking, and winning new work
• Work closely with Partners on succession planning, strategy, and firm-wide growth

What we’re looking for

• CTA / ACA qualified with extensive practice tax experience
• Proven track record at Senior Manager or Associate Director level
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate and/or private client advisory
• Commercially driven, with confidence in client relationship management
• A leader who inspires teams and is ready for Partner track progression
