Key Responsibilities include:
Client Engagement & Advisory Act as lead advisor on all corporate tax matters, including group structuring M&A, and reorganisations Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, providing tailored tax planning and compliance services. Deliver strategic tax solutions to entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managed companies, and groups of companies. Leadership & Practice Development Play an active role in the leadership and direction of the wider tax team. Support in recruitment, mentoring, and development of corporate tax professionals at all levels. Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
