Tax Technology Associate Director (London)

Leading large-scale ERP tax transformation projects, particularly focused on D365
Designing and implementing indirect tax functionality within ERP platforms, including VAT/GST logic, digital reporting, and e-invoicing
Working across multi-jurisdictional client environments, gathering requirements and configuring tax engines
Contributing to business development and internal team capability building
Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in indirect tax within ERP transformation projects
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly its tax modules and digital tax functionality
Strong understanding of VAT, GST, or similar indirect tax regimes
Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with complementary tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, or D365 CE
Experience in a consulting or client-facing transformation role
Broader knowledge of financial systems or data analytics
Work in a high-growth area of the business with access to global projects
