TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service). TeamKids is owned and run by teachers, a team of educators dedicated to enriching children's lives.

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia, delivering programs before school, after school and during school holidays. We are excited to offer permanent part-time opportunities for a Director of Service in the VIC Bayside area.

Role and Schedule

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday. General split shift times (subject to service variation):

• BSC: 7am–9am
• ASC: 2.15pm–6pm
• Admin hours in between

Typical title: Director of Service (Coordinator). You will lead a team to create a safe, fun and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and local community while managing the service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
• Build a strong relationship with your school and be an active member of the school and local community.
• Plan and deliver engaging experiences every day with innovative approaches.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Ensure service compliance and manage medical documentation.

• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN.
• Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
