As our Technical Director, you will work closely with the Regional Managing Director, the Technical & Commercial team and the wider business to lead the effective delivery of all design and engineering services and solutions across, and in close collaboration, with all other departments, contributing to the achievement of development budgets and build/development programmes, whilst being part of the regional management team contributing to all aspects of the business to help deliver key performance indicators.
