Role Summary

The Technical Director will oversee all engineering efforts, shaping technical strategy and ensuring world-class performance across AAA projects. Reporting to senior leadership, this role carries significant influence over both project outcomes and studio infrastructure.

The successful candidate will lead a substantial, multidisciplinary engineering team, championing best practices in code quality, system architecture, and scalable online services. This is a hands-on leadership position that balances strategic vision with day-to-day technical guidance.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated track record as a Technical Director or equivalent senior engineering lead on multiple shipped AAA titles.
• Deep expertise in C++ and strong familiarity with major game engines (especially Unreal Engine) across console and PC platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of rendering, tools development, performance optimization, and other core game-engineering disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid experience designing and overseeing multiplayer architectures.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Rust).
• Prior work on large-scale, real-time multiplayer projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote team management.
