We're working with a fast-growing financial services SME that is investing heavily in its R&D and technology capability. They're looking for a Technical Project Manager (5+ years' experience) to lead complex technical projects and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll help shape delivery processes and contribute to the company's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple technical projects from planning through to delivery
Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders
Develop project roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Manage priorities, risks, and resource allocation
Drive improvements across delivery processes and tools

Key Requirements

5+ years' experience in Technical Project Management
Previous background in software development or engineering
Strong understanding of software systems and infrastructure
Experience working with development teams and stakeholders
Degree in a technical or engineering discipline
Database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)

Desirable: Git, PlasticSCM, Hg, YouTrack
