This pivotal role holds overall accountability for the Centre’s audio-visual and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless, cost-effective service delivery for both clients and staff. You will drive innovation, manage AV/IT projects, and lead the in-house AV team branded “QEII Live”, delivering exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities AV/IT Operations Lead AV/IT service delivery across conferences, exhibitions, digital signage, Wi-Fi, and staff systems.
