This role spans the full technology lifecycle—from strategy and planning to operations, infrastructure, and vendor management. Oversee infrastructure, systems, and operations with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.Grow and mentor multi-disciplinary agile teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Manage strategic partnerships and vendor relationships; evaluate new technologies to stay at the forefront of healthcare IT.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and resolve technology-related incidents promptly.Provide technical and strategic feedback on projects to drive continuous improvement.Develop a deep understanding of customer settings and translate insight into high-quality healthcare products.Key Skills and ExperienceProven experience in leading large-scale technology teams, ideally across multiple locations.Strong background in agile software engineering and modern development practices.Experience in leading digital transformation and modernisation programmes.Deep understanding of architecture standards and scalable infrastructure.Ability to manage integration and migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred).Knowledge of API technologies, tools, and protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth).Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Experience working in or with healthcare technology is advantageous.Our Vision and Your ImpactOur vision is to be the leading provider of innovative healthcare technology that improves people’s lives.
