Overview

We are a London-based, hybrid TikTok Shop agency focused on helping brands maximise presence and sales on TikTok. We are seeking a Senior TikTok Paid Media and Affiliate Account Director to lead client success initiatives and drive growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio.

As a Senior TikTok Paid Media and Affiliate Account Director, you will lead teams developing and executing strategies to grow and optimise our clients\' TikTok Shops. You will support multiple brands, driving revenue growth and enhanced brand presence on TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Support the team with delivering revenue results for clients
  • Run key accounts: Provide strategy and implementation for key accounts
  • Manage dual strategies: Craft and execute paid and organic strategies for cohesive branding across TikTok
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end management of TikTok campaigns, including concept, briefing, budget management and performance analysis
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust in real time for paid and organic efforts
  • Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to ensure organic posts support paid campaigns
  • Client Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing regular performance reports and recommendations
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes
  • Team Development: Mentor junior team members in paid and organic social media marketing

Requirements

  • Expertise in TikTok (desirable): Deep understanding of paid and organic strategies on TikTok, with proven campaign experience
  • 7+ years in digital marketing campaigns; 1–2 years as an account director handling high-value or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in analytics tools and Excel
  • Creativity: Ability to generate engaging content ideas aligned with client goals
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Client-Focused: Experience nurturing client relationships and presenting strategies/results
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with storytelling ability
  • Social Media Enthusiast: Passion for trends and a proactive approach to learning new tools
