OverviewTransactions Tax Associate Director - Sell-sideAssociate Director within our sell-side tax team. We focus on the tax affairs of privately owned and private equity-backed companies, supporting with tax compliance and a range of advisory projects as they grow, restructure, and consider succession planning. We collaborate with wider national tax practice teams (corporate and multinational, innovation tax, employment taxes, VAT and real estate) to support Private Capital clients as they grow.We are happy to discuss flexible working options, including reduced hours and job shares.
