We support our clients throughout the entire transfer pricing life cycle, from design to implementation, compliance & documentation, and audit defence.We’re happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares; we’ll support you to balance your work and life.Role and responsibilitiesBe responsible for supporting the Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of high calibre, knowledgeable tax specialists, playing an active part in the coaching and development of the team to deliver on individual and team objectivesSupport Directors and Partners by implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities for the firmBuild and manage a focused internal and external network to generate fee winning opportunities in their business area and for the wider firm with the support of Directors and Partners and supports on pitchesAct as lead on assignments where appropriate, or supports the Director/Partner in carrying out this role whilst ensuring the team are managed and developed accordinglyManage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships, delivering excellent client service with little support from superiorsContinue to invest in your own development, including working to achieve objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedbackActs with integrity and in line with the firm\'s organisational valuesMinimum criteria and skillsJoining us as an Associate Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to be qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
