We support our clients throughout the entire transfer pricing lifecycle, from design to implementation, compliance & documentation, and audit defense.We’re happy to discuss flexible working options, including reduced hours and job shares, to support work-life balance.A look into the roleAs an Associate Director within our Transfer Pricing team, you will:Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of high-caliber, knowledgeable tax specialists, and contribute to coaching and development to meet objectives.Assist in implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities for the firm.Build and manage a focused internal and external network to generate fee-winning opportunities and support on pitches.Lead on assignments or support Directors and Partners in leading, ensuring proper team management and development.Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships, providing excellent client service with minimal supervision.Invest in your own development, working towards objectives and seeking feedback.Act with integrity and in line with the firm’s values.Knowing you’re right for usWe seek ambitious, driven individuals who can adapt quickly and ask questions to ensure quality service delivery. The minimum criteria include being qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) with managerial experience.
