Role: Operational Transfer Pricing Director – Technology & Transformation Focus

Join a high-performing Transfer Pricing team dedicated to helping multinational clients design and implement compliant, tax-efficient structures that align with their commercial goals. This role focuses on operational transfer pricing, business transformation, and the use of innovative technology solutions to improve tax functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding operational transfer pricing needs and delivering tailored, tech-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business development opportunities and drive market engagement strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in operational transfer pricing, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Lead complex tax transformation projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they meet client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage and develop a team of professionals focused on operational transfer pricing and tax technology, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Create and deliver thought leadership content, including whitepapers, presentations, and participation in industry events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in operational transfer pricing, including implementation of process improvements and technology-led transformation.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing methodologies, compliance processes, and tax technology platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a track record of delivering high-value, strategic solutions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply data and technology in decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax and technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams of tax and technology professionals.
