Role: Interim Transformation Finance Director

A leading Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced Transformation Finance Director to join its CEO office. This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can immediately add value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to drive financial transformation initiatives.
• Provide high-level FP&A insight and ensure alignment of financial strategy with business objectives.
• Monitor and take ownership of budgets across large-scale strategic programmes.
• Work with CFO and former accountants to establish accurate programme costings.
• Strategic change oversight, ensuring timelines, costs, and strategic goals remain aligned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Finance Transformation Director within Financial Services.
• Strong track record of operating at C-Suite level with exceptional stakeholder management.
• Deep FP&A expertise, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience managing significant budgets and cost structures in complex organisations.
• Strong programme oversight skills, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic vision.
