A leading Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced Transformation Finance Director to join its CEO office. This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can immediately add value. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to drive financial transformation initiatives. Provide high-level FP&A insight and ensure alignment of financial strategy with business objectives. Monitor and take ownership of budgets across large-scale strategic programmes. Work with CFO and former accountants to establish accurate programme costings. Strategic change oversight, ensuring timelines, costs, and strategic goals remain aligned. Key Skills & Experience Extensive experience as a Finance Transformation Director within Financial Services. Strong track record of operating at C-Suite level with exceptional stakeholder management. Deep FP&A expertise, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic decision-making. Proven experience managing significant budgets and cost structures in complex organisations. Strong programme oversight skills, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic vision.
