Through our Positive Pathways Employability Programme, we help unemployed individuals gain skills, confidence, and experience through workshops, coaching, volunteering, and training. We’re looking for an Employability Placement Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll support participants on their journey into volunteering and employment, deliver workshops, provide one-to-one guidance, and build strong partnerships with local employers and community organisations.

What we’re looking for (Qualifications/Experience)
Experience in employability support, volunteering and group facilitation work Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and guide individuals facing barriers to employment Knowledge of local provision
