We are looking for an experienced professional from a civil engineering, construction or project management background to steer our estate strategy and carbon reduction plans into their next phase of development. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated and focused senior estates professional with the ability to work at scale, becoming an integral part of our directorate. You will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, with accountability for managing multiple capital projects, and ensuring compliance in all areas including health and safety. Building productive working relationships with key colleagues in our schools and external service providers, you will ensure our estate is safe, warm and dry always, optimising the learning and working environment.
