In this role you will be responsible for achieving profitability, sales, partner satisfaction, and recruitment objectives from development of a successful channel program.Reports to Vice President, Global Strategic AlliancesPay Classification Full-TimeResponsibilitiesDevelop a channel program using industry best practices and personal knowledgeDevelop a criterion for channels deserving focusAssess the market and prioritize the top channels for focusRecruit targeted alliance partners into the A-LIGN ProgramEnable channel partners, work with A-LIGN Marketing to engage channel partners, create launch plan and measure resultsEnsure newly recruited channel partners are revenue generating and growing incremental business for A-LIGNWork with A-LIGN sales to engage with Alliance partners to drive rapport and add to A-LIGN sales pipelinesConduct Quarterly Business Plan reviews with channel partners to ensure milestones are met and the partnership is mutually beneficialBuild up channel partner practice at authorized A-LIGN distributors to leverage their partner baseAct as point of contact for channel partners and a resource to help them grow their businessEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partner accountsMeet assigned targets and objectives by driving profitable sales through strategic partnershipsEnforce partner engagement accountability via Salesforce activity loggingProactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basisManage potential channel conflict through excellent communication and adherence to channel rules of engagementEnsure partner compliance with partner agreementsSet and meet quarterly recruitment targets for new channel partners into the A-LIGN ProgramChannel partners report a high satisfaction rate with A-LIGN and their enablement on our products, pitch, and programEnsure newly recruited and onboarded channel partners generate revenue in less than one quarterUpdate Salesforce hygiene on channel partner account statusesCreate Partner Portal for channel partnersInitiate and complete training and development objectives, including demos, within assigned accounts and required time frameProvide weekly activity reviews highlighting performance to plan and plans to close gapsEnlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferredExperienceAt least 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment within information security or information technology sectorsSkillsAbility to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivationExcellent communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyBenefitsHealth Reimbursement ProgramGroup Pension Plan with Company MatchCompetitive Bonus StructureHome Office ReimbursementCertification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Vacation BonusSummer HoursAbout A-LIGNA-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
