This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced Finance Director, ideally with prior exposure to PE-backed environments and buy-and-build strategies. The UK FD will act as a strategic partner to the Group CFO, taking full ownership of the UK finance function and supporting the wider business through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of UK statutory and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
Drive financial governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across UK operations.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Manage UK banking relationships, audit processes, and treasury operations.
