UK Private Banking Growth and Transformation Director

We’re looking for a Growth and Transformation Director to lead our customer‑focussed strategic growth and transformation journey for our UK Private Bank, helping the Group’s Affluent and High‑Net‑Worth personal customers achieve their financial goals and aspirations across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve our strategy, ensuring we’re adapting to external market changes, learning and innovating based on insights.
  • Define and deliver our future Private Banking proposition.
  • Manage and develop our group products focused on the Affluent and High‑Net‑Worth segments.
  • Work alongside our tech teams to deliver change and innovation, prioritising the initiatives with the greatest impact.
  • Elevate our client acquisition strategy, unlocking the whole of Lloyds Banking Group for the benefit of our customers.
  • Take accountability for customer and commercial performance across the business, identifying key trends, indicators and required pivots.

Qualifications

  • Customer focus and mindset, including knowledge of customer motivators and drivers to develop strategy and propositions.
  • Deep understanding of the Private Banking arena and the digital landscape, including AI and how these trends will impact customer experience.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic change from development through to execution, having built a proposition and driven its successful implementation.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial focus, with understanding of economics, issues and market trends.
  • Ability to translate data and analytics insight into commercial decisions and propositions.
  • Strong commercial focus and understanding of the levers to drive balanced performance.
  • Storytelling and vision – ability to create a compelling vision and purpose, inspiring and coaching a team to continuously improve.
