A good understanding of the digital landscape/disrupters/AI and how these trends will impact customer and change the market* Ability to lead strategic changes from the development phase through to execution. Candidates will have built a proposition and been instrumental in driving its successful implementation* Strong business acumen and commercial focus with understanding of economics, issues and trends in the market. * Deep understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to translate insight into quality commercial decisions and propositions* Strong Customer and Commercial focus and understanding of the right levers to drive a balanced performance* Ability to create a compelling vision and purpose, storytelling to bring others along the journey.* Can inspire, coach and stretch their team to continuously improve their businessAbout working for us ...* Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
