UK Private Banking Growth and Transformation Director

You'll report to our UK Private Banking Managing Director and be responsible for delivering and executing our future strategy and proposition, developing our business through customer acquisition strategy, and taking accountability for both customer and commercial outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Evolvte our strategy, ensuring we're adapting to external market changes, learning and innovating based on insights.
  • Define and deliver our future Private Banking proposition.
  • Manage and develop our group products focused on the Affluent and High net worth segments.
  • Work alongside our tech teams to deliver change and innovation, ensuring we prioritise on the things which have the greatest impact.
  • Elevate our client acquisition strategy, unlocking the whole of LBG for the benefit of our customers.
  • Take accountability for customer and commercial performance across the business, identifying key trends, indicators and pivots required.
  • Customer focus and mindset, including knowledge of customer motivators and drivers to develop strategy and propositions.
  • Understanding of and experience in the Private Banking arena. A good understanding of the digital landscape/disrupters/AI and how these trends will impact customer and change the market.
  • Ability to lead strategic changes from the development phase through to execution.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial focus with understanding of economics, issues and trends in the market.
  • Deep understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to translate insight into quality commercial decisions and propositions.
  • Strong Customer and Commercial focus and understanding of the right levers to drive a balanced performance.
  • Ability to create a compelling vision and purpose, storytelling to bring others along the journey.
  • Can inspire, coach and stretch their team to continuously improve their business.
