From initial specifications to post-sales support, the role ensures the delivery of market-leading solutions by coordinating technical expertise across UK operations and liaising with Group technical and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Leadership - Provide expert technical advice to commercial and project teams, especially for complex or large-scale projects. - Deliver training to internal teams to maintain high levels of application knowledge and technical proficiency. - Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership to engineers and staff. - Allocate technical workload and training resources; participate in management meetings and Health & Safety committees.
