UK/CA/US-Director Global Business Development

Leon Cycle is looking for a Director Global Business Development to join our growing team! The Director Global BD is a true business partner to CEO of Leon Cycle. They will be responsible to oversee all sales operations in the company and creating strategies to exceed goals within the organization. Ultimately you will work with leaders across the sales team to ensure our company hits our sales and revenue goals.
Responsibilities · Manage BD teams in the UK/US and Canada and maintain sales operations · Direct manage and be responsible for full P&L of offline sales activities (B2B and franchise). Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. · Set quarterly and annual sales goals · Monitor the market and competitor products and activities · Provide detailed sales forecasting · Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to support the full lifecycle of the partnerships · Responsible for the day-to-day internal operations for external partners – including operationalizing closed deals, partnership management, presenting product updates, assisting with strategy development, revenue growth, and troubleshooting issues · Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback for proper sales strat...
