They’re a UK-wide property consultancy covering capital markets, planning, business rates, property management, and landlord and tenant, but valuation has always been seen as the jewel in the crown. Due to internal promotions, they’re now looking for an Associate Director-level valuer to work on loan security-focused residential and commercial valuations.

Based in their West End, London office, this high-performing team handles a diverse range of valuation instructions across Central London and the South East, working with many of the leading high street and challenger banks.
