Unique opportunity for an ambitious VAT Director to join a growing, forward-thinking non-audit advisory firm. This is a market-facing role with direct client engagement, offering an exceptional opportunity to shape and grow a VAT practice within a supportive environment.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing VAT team, with the backing of a strong Head of Tax.
  • Advise clients on complex VAT issues, including cross-border transactions, supply chain optimisation, and compliance strategies.
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic advisory services.
  • Participate in setting pricing, proposals, and fee structures for VAT engagements.
