Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the delivery of Indirect Tax projects, using your technical excellence, client relationships skills and commercial aptitude to great effect for your clients, the business and yourself.
• The firm has a track record of leading on some of the UK’s largest and most complex restructuring processes – including UK and international transactions involving M&A and insolvency.
• As well as providing strategic input on building the existing business capability, you’ll also manage and develop the skills of less experienced team members; meet deadlines and work effectively with external parties and internal colleagues.
• The small team is close-knit and supportive – it’s a very dynamic environment where you can really make a difference.
• Hybrid working is available – typically three days a week in the office environment.

Qualifications

• UK VAT career essential as is the demonstrable experience of working in this field.
