Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services Ltd (LWMTS) is seeking a Voluntary Non-Executive Director to join its Board. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation that delivers high-quality commercial services across the region, supporting the sustainability of public services.

About LWMTS

LWMTS is the wholly owned trading company of Lichfield District Council, offering services in leisure, property, planning, HR, communications, and more. Our mission is to deliver value, generate income, and support the council’s strategic priorities through commercial excellence.

The Role

As a Non-Executive Director, you will:

• Provide independent oversight and strategic challenge to the executive team
• Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring
• Help shape business development and stakeholder engagement
• Attend quarterly board meetings and contribute to sub-committees as needed

Who We’re Looking For
