They will work with the Global Advertising Sales Director to implement ads strategy across their patch and ensure best-in-class sector, industry, and client knowledge.With a proactive, can-do attitude, they will have a proven track record of achieving new business as well as growing existing relationships. They will be confident in presenting to all levels within media agencies and have the tenacity to challenge current business schedules. The ownership and future growth of this role suits a results-driven, determined individual looking to develop their profile and experience.Key responsibilitiesSell advertising solutions within your agency group, focusing on your designated patchDocument planning for your dedicated patchLeverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunitiesRegularly meet and present to key individuals and teams within your agency patchCreate and deliver market-leading proposals and pitches for both incoming briefs and proactive pitchesDevelop and nurture excellent agency and client-direct relationshipsEnsure the company is briefed on all relevant campaigns within your agency/client patchAccurate forecasting and prospecting to the line manager and wider teamReach and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, as agreed with the Global Sales DirectorCoordinate with Ad Operations and other departments to ensure campaign successProvide market insight and collaborate with senior management to drive business successIdentify key opportunities for commercialization and contribute to strategic planningPossess detailed understanding of company capabilities and digital ad marketUtilize expertise to win and deliver ad campaigns effectivelyRepresent the company at industry eventsFoster collaboration between departmentsRequirementsMinimum four years of digital sales experience and account management with media agencies (client-direct experience is a bonus)Contacts and established relationships across agenciesDemonstrable experience bringing new ad products and concepts to marketTrack record of winning and developing business from scratchExcellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)Strong negotiation skillsThe ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture, where team members work collaborativelyA positive and proactive attitude, together with knowledge of wider internet technologies and trendsBenefitsGenerous company share option scheme, which is projected to be worth £1m+ upon exitUncapped commission schemePrivate medical and dental insuranceAmple opportunities for hands-on personal development25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidaysOffice closure between Christmas and New Year (in addition to the 25-day holiday allowance)Hybrid working (minimum two days per week in the office)Regular social events across our global officesContact Amanda on 07933100218/amanda@round8.com to find out more ASAP!
