We’re looking for a driven National Account Director/Manager to join a growing Out-of-Home media businessThis role will see you working across the WPP agency group, building deep relationships, winning new business, and growing existing accounts. You’ll be selling across a dynamic digital portfolio with huge scope for creativity and plenty of backing from a supportive, ambitious team.What you’ll be doingDrive revenue growth across a patch of top agencies and direct brand clientsBuild strong, multi-level relationships (from assistants through to directors)Deliver fresh, creative solutions to client briefsBalance new business development with smart account managementBe part of a collaborative sales culture, with training and mentoring built inWhat you’ll bringMedia sales experience (agency or media owner side)Energy, positivity, and a genuine interest in marketing and communicationsConfidence in pitching, negotiating, and relationship-buildingA hunter–farmer mindset with the drive to exceed targetsWhat’s on offerCompetitive salaryUncapped commission (typically ~30% of base)Structured training and developmentIncentives including annual ski trips, summer events, and moreHybrid working + free on-site parking when in HampshireIf you’re ambitious, commercially sharp, and excited about building a high-profile agency patch, we’d love to hear from you.
