Location: Hybrid – 2 days in our office, 3 days remote 

Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week) 

Salary: £60, + car allowance + commission (OTE)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

You’ll be the go-to expert for new and existing clients—building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and showing them how CIM can give them a real marketing edge. You’ll be part strategist, part relationship-builder, and all about results.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Build long-term, profitable partnerships with clients through a consultative approach
  • Smash sales targets (we know you’ve got it in you)
  • Own your pipeline and plan like a pro
  • Create and deliver strategic plans for your market sectors
  • Team up with your Account Manager to review feedback and keep clients happy
  • Jump into virtual and in-person meetings with clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive CIM’s strategy
  • Work closely with Course Directors to ensure our solutions hit the mark

    You’ll need:

  • Experience selling Training / L&D solutions
  • A solid understanding of marketing and its impact on business
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • A proven track record of winning high-value accounts
  • Confidence managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to spot growth opportunities and close deals
  • Experience handling contracts and project close-outs
