Account Director – Facilities Management

Contract: Financial Corporate Client Location: London & Southampton (17 sites) Salary: £85,000 + £8,000 Car Allowance + 5% Bonus Work Pattern: Hybrid (1–2 days WFH per week) The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Account Director to oversee the delivery of facilities management services for a prestigious financial services client. Covering sites across London and Southampton, this is a high-profile role requiring a proven leader who can combine operational excellence with strong client engagement and commercial expertise. This position offers the opportunity to lead a large, multi-service team, deliver innovative solutions, and build long-term client relationships within a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of integrated FM services across the contract, ensuring excellence and consistency. Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with the client, acting as the principal point of contact. Provide leadership to 4 direct reports and a workforce of 120 staff across cleaning, catering, reception, and hard services.
