Assistant Director (Early Intervention & Prevention) Grade: SS3Salary: £91,985 to £101,692 per annumLocation: ManchesterContract Type: Full‑Time, PermanentClosing Date: 6th November 2025 Roles and Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and delivery of early intervention and prevention services across Manchester.Expand Family Hubs and drive wholescale transformation aligned with the Families First programme.Shape services to ensure families receive timely, accessible support and improve outcomes.Develop multi‑disciplinary partnership working to wrap around family needs at the right time.Deliver strategic priorities, continuous improvement, quality assurance and change management. Qualifications and Experience Senior leadership experience in children, education or public service, with a track record of service transformation.Demonstrated ability to build strong relations with families, partners and local stakeholders.Experience in continuous improvement, quality assurance, change management and innovation.Knowledge of the Families First or Best Start for Life Strategy and early intervention best practice.
