Responsibilities As Assistant Director (Early Intervention and Prevention) you will:
Lead the strategic development and delivery of early intervention and prevention services across the city. Expand Family Hubs and drive a whole‑scale transformation aligned with the Families First programme and the Best Start for Life Strategy. Shape services to ensure they are timely and accessible to all families, developing multi‑disciplinary partnership working and wrapping services around families’ needs at the right time to improve outcomes. Deliver high standards of practice, drawing on continuous improvement, quality assurance, change management and innovation. Forge strong relationships with children and their families, colleagues and partners, and exert influence across the city.
