Associate Director Salary & Benefits:
Salary Circa £75,000 DOE

Associate Director Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to step into an Associate Director role and contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of an established consultancy. The role will involve professional and project-based work, including acquisition and dilapidation surveys, planned preventative maintenance, contract administration, project management, and statutory compliance. Associate Director Job Requirements:
MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
Substantial post-qualification experience across professional and project work
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
Strong technical knowledge of acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ambition to contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues
