What you'll be doing...

Commercial

• Working as a JCDecaux ambassador to influencer influencers across your patch so that JCDecaux are known as the market leader.

• Building senior relationships across planning, creative and digital teams within your agencies to grow revenue for JCDecaux

• Building your knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits. This includes all relevant systems and processes and adopting Connect, our CRM system to share updates with the wider business.

• Consistently identifying key sales opportunities for new and existing customers including long term partnerships, data led strategies and tailored creative executions.

• Devising an annual strategy based on agency and client opportunities.

• Developing excellent UK market knowledge to understand advertisers' business objectives, where media can play a role and distinguishing key areas for future business development

• Working alongside key partners to create collaborative specific offerings that answer your clients business challenges

• Working with internal partners and sharing relevant client and agency knowledge and developing team workstreams

• Creating collateral to be expertly presented externally with clients including large scale pitches

• Supporting senior leaders in the delivery of custom content and proposals

• Supporting junior members of the team through management, mentoring and knowledge sharing

• Sharing your knowledge of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it i.e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.

• Ability to explain complicated processes, namely Programmatic OOH. simply and with relevant use-cases to clients aiding revenue increases in our fastest growing area

• Adhere to and advocate wider adoption of established business and commercial policies, enabling processes and governance

• Identifying new business opportunities by actively networking and attending industry conferences and events

• As a Team Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, development, motivation and management of team members.

• A transformational leader who can inspire colleagues and customers to bring in new revenues from other mediums

• Supportive of the Head of Agency and capable to deliver the team strategy in their absence.

• Able to collaborate closely optimally with other JCDecaux departments to deliver effective, proactive client servicing.

• Champion a culture and behaviours that deliver collaboration, innovation, creativity and personal accountability across the team

• Adopt a feedback culture where we proudly and collectively learn from mistakes

• Expectation to partake in client hosting and networking out of standard working hours.

Communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills when communicating with all levels both written and verbal.

• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally.

• A self-starter with the ability to prioritise and maintain client expectations

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working with Tier One Media Agencies essential and a relevant network beneficial

• Experience of Out of Home is an advantage

• Understanding of the UK Media Market is an advantage

• Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage

• Previous experience working in a similar customer-focussed or fast paced environment would be an advantage

• Track record of performing as a key contributor within successful teams and ability to demonstrate leadership experience

• Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
