We are seeking an Associate Director to join a leading consulting firm’s Deal Execution team , part of a growing Strategy Group that delivers investor-grade value across the deal lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile M&A engagements covering mergers, acquisitions, divestments, exits, and joint ventures — both pre- and post-deal. This role is suited to experienced consultants with a proven background in integration and separation projects , strong leadership capability, and the ability to advise C-level stakeholders on critical deal execution challenges.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deal execution engagements at pace, delivering high-quality outputs to senior stakeholders. Manage projects across multiple workstreams including separation planning, integration design, synergy assessments, and joint venture structuring. Develop and review engagement strategy, budgets, and delivery plans in collaboration with Directors/Partners. Oversee preparation of deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness ahead of senior review.
