A leading local property consultancy is seeking an experienced and ambitious rural chartered surveyor to head up its Rural Practice division. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client service across a broad range of rural property matters.

The Role As Associate Director – Head of Rural Practice, you’ll take ownership of rural professional services, including valuations, estate and land management, and strategic consultancy. You’ll work closely with agency, planning, and development teams, and play a key role in business growth and client relationship management.
