My client is a specialist Real Estate lender providing Development and Investment loans for the Hotel's market. Focussing predominately on the UK and some Pan European locations they provide facilities from £10million to £100million.

About the Role

Through continued growth we are now looking for an Associate Director to join the business to support a Senior Director. You will be responsible for structuring, negotiation, credit presentation and execution of new business in addition to leading and managing transactions independently with clients and advisors.

Qualifications

Hotel Finance experience

Required Skills

Strong negotiation skills Ability to manage transactions independently Experience in credit presentation

Preferred Skills

Experience in the UK and Pan European markets
