Associate Director – Integration and Separation

Up to £110,000 + Package

London – Hybrid


Want to lead some of the most high-profile deals in the market? A global consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join their growing integration and separation team, supporting clients through complex integrations, separations, joint ventures and synergy programmes.


This is a chance to work at the forefront of M&A and corporate transformation – advising senior leaders, driving value, and ensuring transactions deliver results. You’ll be part of a diverse and collaborative Strategy Group, combining deep industry knowledge with investor-grade execution.


What You’ll Be Doing as the Associate Director – Integration and Separation:


  • Leading integration and separation programmes pre- and post-deal.
  • Driving synergy identification and delivery to maximise value.
  • Supporting clients through complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
  • Managing multi-workstream, fast-paced deal programmes from blueprint to execution.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior executives, acting as a key advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Leading and developing high-performing consulting teams.


Required Experience of the Associate Director –Integration and Separation:


  • Extensive consulting within M&A, specifically Integration and Separation
  • Strong track record of leading large, complex programmes across multiple workstreams within M&A / Operational Due Diligence
  • Ability to advise C-Suite stakeholders and challenge constructively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
  • Deep understanding of operations across functions and how they interconnect through transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.


Associate Director Package:


  • 90,000-£110,000 base salary
