This is a crucial leadership role in the delivery of the estates capital programme and oversight of major strategic projects affecting the delivery across the Trust.Main duties of the jobYou will need to develop an excellent understanding of the potential of the PLACE portfolio and to help drive efficiencies to optimise the portfolio, through property consolidation, capital development, enabling disposals, driving value from lease events and where relevant the "right-sizing" of new developments. Recognise the increasing overlap between Acute, Primary Care, and Community based services in the context of the contrasting nature of the facilities, that each Estate Strategy has traditionally had to address.
