Cobalt is working with a leading national property consultancy to appoint an Associate Director to help shape and lead their Facilities Management operations across a high-profile regional portfolio. This is a senior client-facing role, supporting the FM Director in the day-to-day leadership and development of a growing team. You'll also oversee your own commercial portfolio, working across multiple sites and helping to set the regional standard for service delivery, compliance, and customer experience. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic team oversight with direct operational responsibility, and who brings the confidence, experience, and people skills to inspire best-in-class performance. You'll act as a key deputy to the FM Director and play a hands-on role in the management of a diverse portfolio supporting Facilities Managers, driving service standards, and acting as a point of escalation for clients, suppliers, and occupiers. Directly managing a personal portfolio of commercial sites, including hard and soft FM service delivery
