There is ample opportunity to thrive and grow within an inclusive, engaging, and supportive culture.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors and clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle. Demonstrate proven success and be able to challenge and set strategy.Provide leadership, set high standards, and manage performance to meet stakeholder expectations; operate effectively in ambiguous or challenging environments.Own health, safety and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility; apply CDM principles across teams.Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary and sustainably aligning with stakeholder needs.Promote inclusive teamwork, build trust with empathy, and foster a one-business mindset across Turner & Townsend and clients.Develop client and industry partnerships, build and grow relationships.Use leadership and influence to bring purpose and vision to life and expand impact.Coach and mentor others, support development of colleagues, and nurture emerging potential.Maintain strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; build long-term trusted advisor relationships across clients and partners.Demonstrate a creative, curious, growth mindset and act as a role model; promote inclusive environments.QualificationsBeneficial Experience:Experience in utilities/water infrastructure project and/or programme management across end-to-end lifecycle or development/delivery stages.Experience of complex procurement forms and managing NEC or other contracts.High level of commercial management including complex arrangements.Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects/programmes in different environments and sectors.Experience in consultancy and/or client-side project management.Familiarity with public sector organisations relevant to infrastructure.Familiarity with sustainability and applying it to projects/programmes.Experience delivering within complex operational environments and reporting in complex stakeholder/regulatory environments.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.Chartered status with APM, ICE or equivalent.Project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, MSP, ChPP).NEC Accreditations or qualifications; CSCS or equivalent; NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualifications; CDM awareness.Sustainability certifications (e.g. Carbon Literacy).Soft skills / leadership certification.Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
